The PC-program "Radio Manager" is available for the KWZ 30 digital communications receiver. The program is well known among amateurs and professional users. It allows full control of all parameters except audio volume via a Windows-PC. Frequency, bandwidth, mode AGC and tuning parameters can be selected on screen with a click of the mouse. The version offered by Kneisner + Doering contains a data base with about 40,000 stations, broadcast as well as utility stations. The data base can be extended with personal entries. The 250 internal station memories of the KWZ 30 can also be read, edited and written back with the program.
The KWZ 30 combined with Radio manager is a highly effective piece of equipment for world-wide DX-reception in all modes on all frequencies up to 30 MHz.
